NextProject,CA is a full-service interior and landscape design company located in Orange County, specializing in both residential and commercial design. Whether you need a quick refresh of furniture and paint colors or an extensive whole-house renovation, we can provide the expertise to make sure the project runs smoothly and gives you the best results possible. Because we are a small design firm, we are extremely flexible and nimble.

SERVICES

**CONSULTATION:**
$125/hour

This service will start with up to (2) two visits to the client’s home for an onsite evaluation of the space. We will discuss the goals and ideas for the space, talk about the client’s likes and dislikes in design, take measurements/photos and discuss the client’s budget.

**FULL SERVICE DESIGN**

*Phase One:*
SCHEMATIC DESIGN: $100/hour
This is where I will establish a plan of action for the space. I will do the research in order to get the idea of the room created, and will create a presentation including presentation of mood board, examples of the graphics, samples and specifications.

*Phase Two:*
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT: $100/hour

At this point, we will take the schematic design you selected, as well as any requested modifications, and revise the design as necessary. We will also update the cost estimate we provided during the Schematic Design phase to reflect any changes we’ve made to the initial design. We take our clients’ budgets very seriously and continually strive to provide accurate estimates throughout the early stages of design. This phase may require additional give and take as we work with you to finalize the details of the design before moving into the next phase.

*Phase Three:*
DESIGN COMPLETION: $100/hour
This is where I will go to work in the space and complete the space design and set up. This is by far my favorite part in the design process.
